Every GUADALUPE ROD CO project starts with a conversation and a written build plan. These terms cover deposits, timing, changes, delivery, cancellations, and warranty support.

THE STRAIGHTFORWARD VERSION
The details behind your build plan.
Your written quote and approved project agreement control when they differ from these general terms. Ask us to explain anything before you approve the build.
Quotes, scope and approvals
Components, price, deposit, estimated timing, personalization, and delivery are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Deposits and payment
Deposit amounts depend on the project. Limited runs normally require 25%. Project-specific terms are confirmed before payment.
Changes and materials
Changes after approval may affect price and timing and may not be possible after materials are ordered or assembly begins.
Estimated timing
Typical estimates are 3–4 weeks for custom builds, 2–3 weeks for repairs, and 30–60 days for limited runs unless stated otherwise.
Shipping, pickup and repairs
Repair drop-off is limited to Central Texas unless another arrangement is confirmed. Shipping is quoted for the actual package and destination.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation, deposit, and return terms depend on the approved project agreement and whether materials or custom work have begun.
Warranty, limitations and Texas law
Our one-year limited warranty covers GUADALUPE ROD CO workmanship. Accidents and normal wear are excluded. Blanks and components remain subject to their manufacturers’ terms.
